MONKEY BUSINESS

Kevin Coyle your family says hello and they miss you also send more bananas

12-3-06

Not much new since my last post. I was in San Jose to get some service on my bike at the BMW dealership. Had a good night at the casinos in San Jose, the good news is I am now a millionaire the bad news it is in Cordoba’s. Still had a good night on the craps table my million Cordoba’s is worth about $2300.00.
I am now in Cahuita, a small village in the Caribbean lowlands. Good Caribbean food and nice cheap lodging, I am surprised this area is not more popular than it is, I am sure it is just a matter of time. The town has several good breaks for surfing and the biggest coral reef in Costa Rica, the snorkeling is great, but due to the recent heavy rains the visibility is not the best. There is also access to Cahuita National Park from this town. It is a beautiful stretch of land with white powdery beaches on one side and thick wild jungle on the other. The park is home to a diversity of wildlife, Monkeys, birds, reptiles are everywhere.

Heading into Panama in the morning.
